Church offers spring musical auditions to youth

The Church at Rancho Bernardo?s CRB Extreme Broadway Youth is holding auditions for the spring musical, ?Fiddler on the Roof.?

Performers in grades 6-12 are welcome, as well as anyone in their 20s seeking to play the role of Tevye. All spots (leads, chorus, etc.) require an audition and will be filled at the director?s discretion.

A parent/student orientation will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Jan. 21.

Auditions will be held from 4 to 9 p.m. Jan. 25. Callbacks will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 26. Rehearsals are held from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Mondays beginning Jan. 28 and from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays beginning Jan. 30.

The show will be presented in May.

Registration and audition forms will be given at orientation. Registration fee is $250 for students, $450 for two students and $650 for three students, plus $65 costume fee.
